Privacy & terms

Your details, handled carefully.

This notice explains what we collect at registration, why we collect it, and how it is stored and deleted. It applies to everyone who registers for the voice artiste training programme.

What we collect

  • · Your full name, gender, age, languages spoken fluently, email address and phone/WhatsApp number.
  • · A passport-size photograph, used to identify you at the studio and on your certificate.
  • · Your chosen cohort, booking reference and attendance record.

Why we collect it

  • · To reserve and confirm your place in a cohort and prevent duplicate bookings.
  • · To send you confirmation, reminders, venue details and preparation instructions.
  • · To record attendance and issue certificates of completion.

Consent

  • · You must tick the consent box before a booking is confirmed. Registration is not possible without it.
  • · You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawing consent cancels any unattended booking.

How your data is stored

  • · Details are stored in an access-controlled database; photographs are stored in a private, non-public storage area.
  • · Only authorised administrators, signed in with their own account, can view participant records or photographs.
  • · Photographs are never published, shared with third parties or used for marketing without separate written permission.

Retention and deletion

  • · Registration records are kept for 24 months after your cohort ends, for certification and alumni support.
  • · Passport photographs are deleted within 6 months of your cohort ending unless you ask us to keep them.
  • · You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Booking terms

  • · Each cohort has a maximum of fifteen places, allocated in the order bookings are confirmed.
  • · A booking is confirmed only when the system issues you a booking reference.
  • · Cancelled bookings release the place back to the cohort immediately.
  • · Only one booking per email address or phone number is permitted per cohort.
  • · Dates may change in exceptional circumstances; you will be notified and offered an alternative cohort.
